The Classic Micro ZIP Raglan Fleece is an ultra-lightweight midlayer built for active users who need insulation without bulk — trail runners, fast hikers, cyclists, and anyone who runs hot during high-intensity output. Made from Polartec® Classic Micro® — one of the thinnest and lightest insulating fleeces available — it delivers genuine warmth and moisture management at just 200g, without restricting movement or trapping heat.

The raglan sleeve construction eliminates shoulder seams for unrestricted arm movement under a pack or shell. Flat seam construction with COATS® elastic thread ensures zero irritation against the skin and maintains elasticity wash after wash. Odor Resistant® antibacterial technology keeps the fleece fresher for longer — extending the time between washes during multi-day activity. Compact enough to stuff into a pocket, functional enough to wear in the city or at home.

Performance Features

Polartec® Classic Micro®: Premium thin dual-sided fleece at 159 g/m² — lightweight, elastic, and highly breathable. Wicks excess moisture away from the skin and dries quickly. Anti-pilling treatment keeps the fabric looking clean over long-term use.
Odor Resistant® Technology: Antibacterial protection permanently keeps odor-causing bacteria at bay — so the fleece stays fresh longer, even during the most demanding use.
Flat Seam Construction: Sewn with super-strong elastic COATS® thread — flat seams maintain elasticity, prevent chafing, and sit comfortably under tactical gear, a shell layer, or a pack harness.
Raglan Sleeve Cut: Seam-free shoulder construction provides unrestricted arm movement in every direction — no bunching or binding during high-output activity.
Minimal Packable Volume: At 200g, the fleece compresses small enough to carry in a pocket — always available when conditions change.
