AboutUs
We don’t design for catalogues.
We design for the people who actually use the gear.
It starts with a gap someone found in the field
A unit needs a shell that fits over armour. A hunter needs a layer that holds heat while sitting still for hours. Someone in the field identifies a gap the market hasn’t filled — and that gap becomes the brief. The specification is written by the end user, not by a seasonal marketing calendar.
Small runs, short loop
Production runs stay small on purpose. What the last batch taught us goes straight into the next one. Feedback doesn’t pass through layers of management; it travels from the wearer to the people cutting and sewing the garment. When a shoulder binds under a pack or a seam fails under load, the correction happens between runs, not in next year’s collection.
Every decision answers a failure report
- Reinforcement
- Goes exactly where the field reports failure — shoulders, elbows, knees, seat.
- Seams
- Kept clear of strap lines.
- Hardware
- Chosen for cold hands and gloves, not for how it looks on a hanger.
- Fabric
- Selected for the job named: hold heat, move moisture, block wind. Nothing more, nothing less.
The finished product goes back into the same conditions that demanded it.

What holds is kept
What doesn’t is changed while the season is still running.
We build what is requested, not what is planned for the next catalogue cycle.
