Four-Way Stretch. Quick-Drying. Built for the Trail and the City.
The Soft Shell® Hiking Pro pants are made for active outdoor days, travel and everyday wear in the city. The fabric is a durable four-way stretch nylon that dries quickly and carries a DWR water-repellent finish.
Versatility & Layering
The pants work in two ways:
-
On Their Own
On the trail, when travelling and in the city. The stretch fabric and articulated knees let you climb and kneel freely, and the fabric dries quickly after rain or sweat. -
Over a Base Layer
In cold weather, wear them over the Performance Thermal Pants Power Dry. The base layer moves moisture away from the skin, and the Soft Shell® adds a durable, water-repellent outer layer.
Performance Features
- Four-Way Stretch Nylon: The fabric stretches in every direction, so the pants move with you when you climb, kneel or step up.
- DWR Finish: A durable water-repellent finish makes water bead up and roll off instead of soaking into the fabric.
- Quick-Drying and Breathable: The nylon dries quickly and lets moisture escape during activity.
- Articulated Knees and Elastic Waistband: A close fit that does not restrict movement.
- Seven Pockets: Five external pockets with YKK® zippers, and two internal pockets for a phone, GPS or other electronics.
