  1. DELIVERY 1.1. Delivery Methods

We deliver using the following methods:

a) Omniva parcel lockers in Lithuania Convenient and fast delivery to the nearest Omniva parcel locker throughout Lithuania.

b) Omniva courier to the Buyer's specified address in Lithuania Delivery to your home, office, or other specified address on business days.

c) International delivery to other EU countries We deliver to all European Union countries according to individually determined rates.

1.2. Delivery Prices

Free delivery:

When the cart value after all discounts is ≥ €150

Paid delivery:

When the cart value is < €150 Exact delivery prices are visible in the checkout window according to the selected delivery method and address. The delivery price applies to the entire cart.

1.3. Delivery Times

Delivery of standard goods:

In Lithuania:

Order processing and dispatch: 1-4 business days from payment confirmation Delivery after dispatch: 1-3 business days Total: 2-7 business days from order payment

In other EU countries:

Order processing and dispatch: 1-4 business days from payment confirmation Delivery after dispatch: 3-20 business days (depending on the country) Total: 4-24 business days from order payment

Exact delivery times are indicated in the order confirmation email.

Delivery of personalized goods:

When ordering goods with personalization (printing, embroidery, special inscriptions, logos), the delivery time may be longer – up to 10-15 business days. The specific term is indicated during the order.

Delivery of goods from Ukraine:

Our tactical clothing is manufactured in Ukraine and first delivered to our warehouse in Lithuania, from where it is further sent to you.

Important to know:

Some goods may be temporarily unavailable in the warehouse in Lithuania. In this case, they are ordered from our partners in Ukraine. Delivery from Ukraine to our warehouse may take 7-21 business days. The exact term and additional information are indicated in the product description and/or order confirmation. After receipt in Lithuania, the goods are dispatched to you within 1-4 business days.

Delays and force majeure:

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier's fault but undertakes to help resolve the situation and communicate with the carrier on your behalf.

1.4. Shipment Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

Shipping confirmation Tracking number A link to the carrier's system where you can track the shipment's progress.

1.5. Delivery Details and Responsibility

Buyer's responsibilities:

Provide correct and accurate delivery details (name, surname, phone number, address, parcel locker number) Ensure timely collection of the shipment Keep collection codes and order numbers safe

Important: If the Buyer discloses the collection code or order number to a third party, they assume the risk of the shipment being collected by an inappropriate subject. The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred in such cases.

1.6. Acceptance of Shipment and Damages

Upon receiving the shipment:

With courier:

Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery document. If you notice damage, deformation, moisture, or other discrepancies, do not accept the shipment. Draw up a report on the damage with the courier. Inform us immediately (within 48 hours) by email info@fortactical.com

At the parcel locker:

After opening the parcel locker, immediately inspect the packaging If you notice damage, take photos (of the packaging and the product) Write to us at info@fortactical.com within 48 hours

Why is this important? Timely recorded damage is necessary for us to properly administer the damage compensation process with the carrier and ensure your rights.

1.7. Uncollected Shipments

Storage periods:

Shipments are stored in the parcel locker for the period set by the carrier (usually 7 calendar days). You will receive notifications about the shipment via SMS and/or email. The shipment storage period cannot be extended.

If the shipment is not collected and returns:

30-day storage in our warehouse: The returned shipment is stored in our warehouse for 30 calendar days.

Resending: We can resend the shipment if you pay the cost of resending.

Refund: If there is no response within 30 days, we will refund the money for the goods, deducting the incurred initial and/or resending costs.

Return of goods to the warehouse: After 30 days, the goods are returned to the general warehouse.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 2.1. Consumer's 14-day Right of Withdrawal

Who has this right? The consumer (a natural person purchasing for purposes not related to business) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving a reason (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

How does this right work?

2.2. How to return an item – step by step

How to send:

Pack safely (use original packaging or equivalent) We recommend sending by registered mail with a tracking number. Include the order number and completed form in the shipment. We will ask you to provide the shipment tracking number.

Who pays for shipping:

The buyer covers the direct return shipping costs. Exception: If the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect – we cover the costs.

2.3. Condition of Goods upon Return

Conditions for returning quality goods:

The goods must be:

a) Unused (except for necessary inspection actions – viewing, fitting) b) Undamaged, in original condition c) With original packaging, neat and not torn d) With all labels – undamaged, not removed e) Full set – all accessories, instructions, warranty documents f) Without signs of use – no traces of wear, sweat odors, dirt, hair

Right of inspection: The consumer can inspect the goods as they would in a physical store – pick them up, try them on (if it's clothing), check the quality.

Decrease in value: If the item has lost value due to excessive inspection or use (e.g., was worn outdoors, washed, labels damaged), the Buyer may be liable for the decrease in value. This does not limit the right of withdrawal but may affect the amount of the refund.

Hygiene products – SPECIAL RULES:

For health protection and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned if they have been unpacked after delivery:

Thermoactive clothing Underwear Socks Balaclavas and face masks Other hygiene products (terminal clothing parts)

When can you return?

If the packaging is sealed (unopened factory packaging) If a manufacturing defect or quality defect is detected (even for unpacked items)

Note: If protective films or packaging elements necessary to ensure the integrity of the product are torn off, such a product is considered unpacked and cannot be returned without quality defects.

2.4. Refund

What is refunded:

a) Price of goods – the full amount paid for the returned goods b) Standard delivery price – if you return the entire order

Notes:

If you chose a more expensive delivery method (e.g., express courier), we will only refund the standard delivery price. If you return only part of the goods and the remaining order falls below €150 (the free delivery threshold), the actual initial delivery price may be deducted from the refund amount.

When is the refund made:

Money is refunded no later than 14 calendar days from:

Receipt of your notice of withdrawal, OR The actual return of the goods to us, OR Submission of proof of dispatch of the goods (tracking number)

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof that they have been dispatched.

How is the refund made:

Funds are refunded by bank transfer to the Buyer's specified bank account (IBAN).

Note: The bank transfer fee (if applicable) is borne by the Buyer and may be deducted from the refund amount.

2.5. Goods That CANNOT Be Returned (Exceptions)

According to Article 6.228¹⁰ paragraph 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Government Resolution No. 697, the following goods cannot be returned without quality defects:

a) Customized / Personalized Goods Goods with custom prints Goods with embroidery (names, surnames, initials) Goods with customized logos Goods with special custom colors Goods with unique dimensions Other goods made to special order

Exception: Such goods can be returned if:

They have quality defects / manufacturing defects We made a mistake fulfilling the order (wrong color, wrong inscription, etc.) b) Hygiene products with damaged packaging Thermoactive clothing (unpacked) Underwear (unpacked) Socks (unpacked) Balaclavas and face masks (unpacked) Terminal apparel parts (unpacked)

Can only be returned if sealed or with a defect.

c) Other goods Gift vouchers – non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash Free gifts/samples – added to the order as part of a promotion Goods with protective films removed, if this is necessary for the integrity of the product 2.6. Defective Goods and Flaws If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Your rights in case of defects:

According to consumer rights protection laws, you have the right to choose:

a) Replacement of the item with a product of suitable quality b) Price reduction proportional to the defect c) Termination of the contract and a full refund

  1. Return costs:

If the goods are returned due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return and/or reshipment costs.

2.7. Lack of Conformity of Goods

The goods must conform to the description specified in the contract, be suitable for normal use, and be of satisfactory quality and durability, which the consumer can reasonably expect.

If you notice any lack of conformity within a reasonable period after purchase, please contact info@fortactical.com.

2.8. Exchanges

Direct exchanges (e.g., size exchange, color exchange) are currently not automatically provided.

If you want a different item:

Return the item you have according to these rules (section 2.2) Place a new order for the desired item at www.fortactical.com

Alternative: Contact us at info@fortactical.com – in some cases, we can help arrange an exchange, especially if the problem is with the size or model.

2.9. Returns by Legal Entities

Returns of goods by legal entities (companies, organizations) are carried out in accordance with general principles of contract law, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities - it is only available to natural persons (consumers).
